We got a call today that we can come in Friday to sign papers for the last sale, which will close Monday!! There's still a ways to go as the money has to be transferred first to a third party title agency since we are doing a 1031 (I think that's the number) and then to the current owner, who then has to send the money to the man he is buying from and move out of the house so we can move in. But it's progress!!!!
