Is Jesus the Messiah?

I got this in my inbox from Chosen People Ministries (I have mentioned them before) and it sounds like it will be very interesting.

"Is Jesus the fulfillment of Isaiah chapter 53? Dr. Michael Brown and Rabbi Shmuley Boteach disagree on the answer!

You are invited to tune in to www.chosenpeople.com/debate this Sunday, October 28th, to view a limited, one-day webcast entitled "Did Jesus Die for Our Sins?"

Watch as Messianic Jewish scholar Dr. Michael Brown and Orthodox Rabbi Shmuley Boteach discuss the well-known 53rd chapter of the Book of Isaiah, which is interpreted very differently by those who believe that Jesus (Yeshua) is the Messiah and by those who do not.

Dr. Brown holds a Ph.D. in Near Eastern Languages and Literatures from New York University and is the author of numerous works including the recently-published What Do Jewish People Think about Jesus? He is the founder and president of ICN Ministries.

Rabbi Boteach was named "the most famous rabbi in America" by Newsweek, and is the host of the popular television show Shalom in the Home. He is also the author of many books, including Judaism for Everyone and Kosher Sex.

Sponsored by Chosen People Ministries, which has brought the message of the Messiah to Jewish people for more than a century, this free webcast will engage your mind and spirit."

Jesus is the Messiah.. Just because a group of people don't believe it doesn't make it so. HE IS the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
