Herb and Garlic Whitefish

5-6 fillets of whiting or other mild white fish
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup water
1 stick butter, melted
Mrs. Dash
Garlic Powder
Sea Salt

Place Fish on cookie sheets (lined with foil if you like) with the flesh side facing up. Pour lemon juice and water around the fillets to allow them to soak up liquid as they cook without washing off season. Brush melted butter over fish and then lightly sprinkle with salt. Then add as much garlic and Mrs. Dash as you would normally put on your other foods (we are very big garlic and spice eaters, so ours might be a little too powerful for some!). Place under broiler or in a 350* oven until flesh forks easily and is clear. If baking in over, check liquid level during cooking so as to avoid crying out the fish.

Serve with rice pilaf or your favorite potatoes!
